- Completed jobs, ratings and Proof of Work records
- Location while a job is active, to show distance to customers
How we use it
- To match customers with verified workers nearby
- To check jobs for scams and keep both sides safe
- To build worker profiles and Proof of Work that workers can share
- To improve job posts with AI: the text you type is sent to an AI service to rewrite it clearly. It is not used to identify you
What we never do
- Sell your personal information
- Ask for OTPs, PINs, passwords or upfront deposits
- Show your phone number publicly without your permission
Sharing
- Verified names and photos are shown to the other side of a job you agree to
- We may share information when the law requires it
Your rights (POPIA)
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time
- You can close your account and we will remove your profile
